We have 3 therapy rooms at Beckenham Therapy Rooms and 1 of these rooms is currently available to rent. This particular room would suit massage therapists, reflexologists, osteopaths, acupuncturists, and similar therapists. The room is fully equipped and contains the following:

• Treatment Couch
• Couch Cover
• Couch Roll
• Towels
• Washbasin
• Radio
• Dimmer Lights
• Underfloor Heating

Our reception is also fully staffed and will be able to deal with your payments and bookings. There is a communal kitchen and WC.

Ways your business is promoted through the clinic

This is mainly your responsibility as your fee is for rental only and does not include advertising but we can display your brochure and business cards in our waiting area and add your details onto our website. We also encourage our therapists to refer to one another so this may be a source of further clients. We can give advice on the best ways to promote your services.

Clinic Hours

The clinic is open:

• 9.00 am to 9.00 pm Tuesday to Friday
• 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday
• 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Sunday

Room Rental

The rates for renting our rooms are as follows:

• £12 per hour for one-off bookings
• £10 per hour for booking between 4-8 hours per week
• Discounts can be arranged if you want to book more than 8 hours per week

Public Liability and Qualifications

Each Therapist must have their own current Public Liability Insurance Certificate. It is the Clinics and the Local Authority requirements that a copy of this and all individual qualifications are held at the practice.

Deposit and Contract

There is no deposit required. When booking 4 or more hours per week then a contract will need to be signed. This is a simple, no strings document that protects both parties interests and requires that the therapist give the clinic 1 months notice if they want to stop renting the room or make any amendments to the times that they rent the room. It also outlines the hours that the room will be used for and states that the rental fee is payable monthly in advance.
