Cassie Hedges – Massage Therapist
I have been working as a massage therapist since 2009, having trained with ITEC. Prior to this I attained a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy where I worked in various community settings as part of my training. It was here that I realised I would like to expand my skills further and work within the field of complementary therapy.
The aim of my treatment is to help promote a deep sense of relaxation and well-being in my clients, providing them with a much needed ‘escape’ from the stresses of everyday living. I use a variety of techniques in my treatments to achieve these goals and regularly attend CPD workshops where I can develop new skills to enhance my client’s treatment plan.
Lucy Rendle - Colon Hydrotherapist
I first started in complementary medicine studying holistic forms of massage such as Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. After this I changed careers from administration and finance to work in an aesthetic clinic working alongside medical professionals and furthering my knowledge in laser treatments, colon hydrotherapy, microdermabrasion and a variety of skin resurfacing and peel treatments. I recently returned from a gap year in Australia and am looking forward to a successful career in colon hydrotherapy at Beckenham Therapy Rooms.
Lisa Sayers - Massage Therapist
I have been practising as a sports massage therapist and reflexologist for three years after training with ITEC in 2005 and studying holistic massage, reflexology and sports massage.
I wanted to do something that was "hands on" and that would help to encourage people to feel well. It is always rewarding to have made a patient feel better, whether it is an illness, repairing muscle damage, or simply enabling a patient to feel calm, peaceful, and relaxed.
