The initial consultation will last approximately 1.5 hours, and we will discuss, in depth, your past and present health complaints and assess how your current diet is affecting your health. You will also receive recommendations on changes to make. Following the consultation you will receive a detailed report, with clear dietary guidelines. Following the initial consultation, it is recommended that a follow up consultation takes place approximately 4 weeks later. These usually last 30-45 minutes, and will help to ‘fine-tune’ your diet. |
