USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 (Shoden)

The Course consists of a Home Study Pack and a Practical Training Day. This course is mainly about working on yourself as well as treating others. You will learn a traditional Japanese self-treatment 'meditation' and also learn the Western approach to carrying out self-treatments. You will be given three 'Reiju' empowerments, which are the original Japanese Empowerments. They are simple yet very powerful.

After paying your deposit you will receive your manual and two audio CDs. One of these contains commentary on the main sections of the manual and the other gives guided meditations. You will only use the first two meditations at this level then the other two tracks once you have attended your Second Degree Course, if you choose to do so.

Before the training day you will need to spend approximately 9 hours reading as well as listening to the course material.

The practical day is all about energy work and empowerments. We will practise playing with energy and giving Reiki treatments, talk about distant healing and touch on treating animals and plants.

You will receive a certificate following completion of the course.

USUI REIKI LEVEL 2 (Okuden)

You can continue your exciting journey with Reiki by deepening and intensifying your experience at this level. This is the Practitioner Course which means that you can start a Reiki practice after you have completed it. The Course consists of a Home Study Pack and a Practical Training Day.

After paying your deposit you will receive your manual. You will also receive an audio CD which contains commentary on the main sections of the manual. If you have not completed Reiki 1 with me do not worry; we can discuss this and I can provide you with the materials I use for this Course for a fee of £10.

Before the training day you will need to spend approximately 6 hours reading as well as listening to the course material. You will also need to learn to draw three symbols from memory as you will be using these on the day of your course.

The practical day involves energy work and empowerments. After reviewing what has happened since Shoden (Reiki Level 1) we will practise working with the different symbols and their energies. We will also practise Oneness and distant healing, the use of Intent and working intuitively when treating others. You will be given three 'Reiju' empowerments, which are the original Japanese Empowerments. They are simple yet very powerful.

You will receive a certificate after completion of the course.

USUI REIKI MASTER/TEACHER COURSE (Shinpiden)

Course Fees:

The total cost for the First Degree course is £110; £50 paid in advance and £60 to be paid on the day of the course.

The total cost for the Second Degree course is £150; £50 paid in advance and £100 to be paid on the day of the course.

The total cost for the Master/Teacher course is £380; £120 paid in advance and £260 to be paid on the day of the course.

Course Dates:

Please arrive at 9.45 am. We will start as soon as everyone has arrived (no later than 10.00 am) and we should finish at 5 pm.

There will be a break for lunch (for about 45 minutes). You can either bring a packed lunch or buy something from local shops and cafes. Mineral water and hot drinks will be provided.

You don't need to take any notes, but bring the manual and a note pad and pen if you wish: you can relax and enjoy the day. You will be lying on a treatment table when you practise, so do wear whatever is comfortable. You will only need to remove shoes and glasses or large jewellery. It might be a good idea to bring some slippers or an extra pair of socks.
